 Absentee Voters Ballot Application

Click here for the Sample Ballot on State of Michigan website.

Absent voter ballot applications will automatically be mailed to all persons who have requested to be placed on our permanent absent voter in mid June, 2008. This will be a DUAL APPLICATION that will provide you the opportunity to request a ballot for both the August 5, 2008 Primary as well as the November 4, 2008 Presidential Election.  You may also download an application by clicking on the link above.

PLEASE NOTE:  By Law, our office is no longer able to automatically mail absent voter applications to persons 60 years of age and older unless you have specifically requested to be placed on our permanent list.  If you did not check the appropriate box on the application mailed to you for the January 2008 Presidential Primary or have not contacted our office by phone, mail or e-mail requesting to be placed on our permanent list, you will not automatically receive applications for future Elections.  In order to be placed on our permanent list, please call our office at (248) 871-2416 or email us.
