Search Instructions
Address Search
Enter the Street Name spelled correctly. To
maximize your search success, do not include identifiers such as ST,
AVE, RD, CT etc. When entering the Street Number, please note that it
is listed for an address range. To search a single address, place the
Street Number in both the Street Number and TO fields. In most cases
the Street Direction will not be necessary.
Parcel Number Search
Please enter the parcel number in the format as listed. All parcel
numbers must start with the 22 designator and you must include the
dashes.
Owner Search
Enter the Owner’s Last Name followed by a comma and then first name
if known. If no first name is entered a default search will list all
parcels listed under the last name entered.
Viewing Instructions
After the search returns either an individual parcel or a parcel
listing, click on the blue highlighted parcel number to view the
assessing, building and tax information listed from the city’s records
for that parcel.
Note that there are four main pages in Assessing information,
General, Buildings, Sales and Images/Sketches. Each page listed separate
and different information about the parcel. If any page or entry is
accompanied by a that means there is additional information for the
parcel. Click on the plus sign to bring that information to the screen.
There are also three Related Details pages for Tax
Information, Special Assessment Information and Building Department
Information.
For payment of Unpaid taxes after March 1st, contact
the Oakland County Treasurer's Office at 248-858-0611 for current
amount of taxes outstanding. Do not rely on the Calculate function
as it may not calculate penalty amounts correctly.
