Makerspace Checkout Courses
A checkout course is required before independently operating any tools that pose a danger to the user or nearby people, or where the tool could easily be damaged by misuse. Checkout courses cover safety protocols, basic operation of the tool, standard operating procedure (SOP) documents associated with use of the tool and are priced in addition to Passholder fees. All monthly/annual Passholders receive a complimentary 3-Saws OR Wide Format Printer/Vinyl Cutter Checkout Course upon enrollment.
You do not need to be a passholder to take a checkout course.
