The Monthly Maker Meet-ups provide the perfect setting and opportunity for us to learn more about each other and make the connections for inspiration, growth, and problem solving.

What is Monthly Maker Meet-up?

Each Monthly Maker Meet-up is a time for creatives and makers to get together and chat, ask for advice, show off your projects, learn something new, and share a free cup of coffee (or tea) with some new friends. We have so many amazing makers who use our space, and we thought it would be awesome to get everyone together and introduce like-minded creatives- thus, Monthly Maker Meet-up was born.

Who Is Maker Meet-up For?

Whether you are a seasoned maker, or someone who is interested in the idea of making things- we encourage you to come to our Monthly Maker Meet-ups! You do not have to be a Hawk Makerspace student or passholder to attend. No matter your level of experience or background, there is always a chance to learn something new or to see an inspirational project! It’s also a great time to ask our team any questions you might have about The Hawk Makerspace and all we have to offer. We can even demo some of our machines for you during Monthly Maker Meet-ups. Our space is a creative home to designers, woodworkers, sewists, weavers, printers, and more. The only thing it’s missing is YOU!
