2025 Summer Property Tax Payment deadline was September 2, 2025.
Unpaid 2025 SUMMER balances are now past due and assessed a 4% penalty plus ½% interest per month until February 28, 2026. After February 28, 2026, all unpaid taxes are transferred to Oakland County to collect with additional fees.
By law, failure to receive a tax bill does not waive the tax or any penalty and interest for late payment.

- 2025 Summer taxes may be deferred on your primary residence until February 17, 2026, if your 2024 total household income was less than $40,000 AND:
- You are at least 62 years of age or over
