Event supports the American Red Cross 20th Anniversary Space Promotion, with donors eligible to win a Detroit Pistons Cade Cunningham jersey.

 

WHAT:     The City of Farmington Hills will team up with the American Red Cross to host a community blood drive on June 10 at the Costick Activities Center, offering donors an exclusive Red Cross X Space Jam T‑shirt, while supplies last, in support of the national 20th Anniversary Space Promotion. A Detroit Pistons Cade Cunningham jersey will be raffled, and all American Red Cross blood donors at the event will be automatically entered into the giveaway.

 

The American Red Cross reports that every two seconds someone in the country needs a blood transfusion, making it more important than ever for eligible donors to step up and help.

 

How to Participate:

• Streamlined check‑in: Complete your health‑history questions in advance at RedCrossBlood.org/RapidPass.

 

WHO:      Hosted by the City of Farmington Hills in collaboration with the American Red Cross, the event encourages community members 16 and older to take part in this vital effort.

 

Donors Ages 18 and Up:

Minimum weight requirement for donors ages 18 and up is 115 lbs.

 

Student Eligibility (16-17 Years):

• All high school students must meet height and weight requirements.
• 16-year-olds must provide a completed parental consent form.
