Swim Instructor
Job Description
Organizes and teaches swim lessons to Preschool and Youth aged students following the Swim Lesson program curriculum. Maintains accurate attendance and progress report logs for all assigned students. Attends all mandatory monthly staff training. Lifeguards the pool as needed if certified and willing. Assists with tours, cleaning, and other facility tasks as needed. Provide a safe environment for swimmers and enforce pool rules. Track participant progress and communicate to the families of participants.
