City of Farmington Hills to Light Up City Hall with Santa at 33rd Annual Holiday Lights Ceremony on Dec. 2

Santa will arrive in traditional Farmington Hills fashion, on a fire truck, and will join the community for free hot cocoa and cookies after a brief lighting ceremony

 

WHAT:          The City of Farmington Hills is ready to welcome the holiday season with the community at the 33rd Annual Holiday Lights Ceremony on Tuesday, Dec. 2. During the event, the City will light the trees at City Hall, as well as a 20-foot candle at the corner of Eleven Mile and Orchard Lake Roads to symbolize the City’s commitment to peace and unity.

 

The Farmington High School Vocal Harmonics will perform seasonal songs, and Santa will arrive with the help of the Farmington Hills Fire Department. Following the ceremony, community members can enjoy free cookies and hot cocoa, while visiting with Santa inside Fire Station #5 on the campus of City Hall.

 

WHO:           Community members of all ages and faiths are invited to join the holiday fun, as the City lights up for the holidays.
