The indoor juried art fair will feature over 50 Michigan artisans selling handmade goods

 

 

WHAT:        The holidays will be here before we know it and the Michigan Makers Market, an indoor juried art fair featuring high-quality art from more than 50 local artists, is the perfect place to pick out presents for your loved ones or yourself! The Michigan Makers Market returns to The Hawk in Farmington Hills on Saturday, Oct. 18. With a focus on Michigan-made goods, the Market will feature artists across various disciplines, including painting, sculpture, jewelry and other wearable art, fiber art, ceramics, printmaking, and more.

 

Admission to the Michigan Makers Market is free and open to the public, including parking and live music on the patio. Beer, wine and snacks will be available for purchase.

 

WHO:           Community members are invited to the Michigan Makers Market to browse Michigan-made art.

 

The art fair is presented by the City of Farmington Hills Special Services Department and produced by the same team that organizes ART on the GRAND each June.

 

WHEN:           Saturday, Oct. 18 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
