Participants in this contest, organized by The City of Farmington Hills (the City), agree, and must adhere to the following terms and conditions: Eligibility is subject to all participants being married for at least 10 years and residents of the City, prior to entry. To enter, participants must submit a completed online entry form, with entries due by February 6, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. Prizes are non-transferable. The City reserves the right to disqualify any participant or revoke any particular benefit for violations of these terms. By entering the contest, participants and all ceremony attendees grant the City the right to use their name, likeness, photos, and/or any other related media for record keeping and promotional purposes, and participants give their consent and authorization for the City to take and use, without compensation, photographs, video, and audio recordings of them during the contest, including duplication and dissemination of such photographs, video, and audio recordings in City community brochures, newsletters, flyers, advertising, promotional material, website/social media postings, and local cable channel programming. The City is not liable for lost entries, technical errors, transcription errors, or any injuries or damages arising from participation. Employees of the City and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to win. This contest is subject to the laws of Michigan, and the City may cancel, modify, or terminate the contest at any time, without notice, for any reason or no reason at all. Participation constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
