The Farmington Hills Planning Commission will give formal consideration for Site Plan 64-10-2021, which requests the approval of the Planning Commission to utilize the Duplex Option in an RA-3, One Family Residential District. The applicant in this mater is Ramiz Naman, R. R. Naman Construction who seeks this approval in order to build a duplex on the site.
 
The property involved is located at West side of Middlebelt Rd., south of Linden Ave., and being more particularly described as: Parcel Identification Number:  23-26-277-014, City of Farmington Hills, Oakland County, Michigan.

Any person who is interested is invited to participate in the discussion of the request in person at the scheduled meeting, or written comments may be submitted to the City of Farmington Hills Planning Department, 31555 W. Eleven Mile Road, Farmington Hills, MI 48336, during regular business hours prior to the Public Hearing.  The application may be reviewed at the Planning Office on any business day between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
