The Farmington Hills City Council will give formal consideration to an application to amend PUD 6, 1993, dated January 17, 2023, submitted by Masroor Ahmed, who seeks to amend the PUD to permit a drive-in restaurant.
The property involved is located 27604 Middlebelt, south of Twelve Mile and east of Middlebelt, and being more particularly described as: Parcel Identification Number: 22-23-13-101-003, City of Farmington Hills, Oakland County, Michigan.
Any interested person is invited to comment on the request in person at the scheduled hearing, or written comments may be submitted to the City of Farmington Hills Planning Office at 31555 W. Eleven Mile Road, Farmington Hills, Michigan 48336, or ckettler@fhgov.com, prior to the hearing. The application may be reviewed at the Planning Office between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
