The Farmington Hills City Council shall consider an application received June 19, 2023, submitted by Martin Manna, for approval of a Planned Unit Development (PUD) to construct multiple-family housing in an RA-1, One Family Residential zoning district.
 
The subject property is located at 29915, 29905, and 29845 Thirteen Mile Road, on the south side of Thirteen Mile Road, between Orchard Lake and Middlebelt Roads, and being more particularly described as: Parcel Identification Numbers:  22-23-11-201-004, 005, and 006; City of Farmington Hills, Oakland County, Michigan.
 
Any interested person is invited to comment on the request in person at the scheduled hearing, or written comments may be submitted to the City of Farmington Hills Planning Office at 31555 W. Eleven Mile Road, Farmington Hills, Michigan 48336, or ckettler@fhgov.com, prior to the hearing. The application may be reviewed at the Planning Office between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
