The City of Farmington Hills Planning Commission shall give formal consideration to an application for Special Approval (51-3-2023), dated March 14, 2023, submitted by Mark Anthony Contracting, Inc., who seeks to obtain special land use and site plan approval from the Planning Commission to operate a temporary portable concrete batch plant in the B-3, General Business District.
 
The subject property is located at 24300 Drake Road on the east side of Drake Road between Eleven Mile Road and Grand River Avenue and being more particularly described as: Parcel Identification Number: 22-23-21-351-032, City of Farmington Hills, Oakland County, Michigan.
 
Any interested person is invited to comment on the request in person at the scheduled hearing, or written comments may be submitted to the City of Farmington Hills Planning Office at 31555 W. Eleven Mile Road, Farmington Hills, Michigan 48336, or eperdonik@fhgov.com, prior to the hearing. The application may be reviewed at the Planning Office between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
