ITEM:             Rezoning Request 1-2-2023

 The City of Farmington Hills Planning Commission shall give formal consideration to Rezoning Request 1-2-2023, dated February 10, 2023, submitted by Frank Jamil, who seeks to obtain a recommendation from the Planning Commission to City Council of approval of a rezoning from the B-4, Planned General Business District, to the B-3, General Business District.
 
The subject property is located at 29400 Orchard Lake Road at the northwest intersection of Twelve Mile and Inkster Roads and being more particularly described as: Parcel Identification Number: 22-23-11-101-003, City of Farmington Hills, Oakland County, Michigan.
 
Any interested person is invited to comment on the request in person at the scheduled hearing, or written comments may be submitted to the City of Farmington Hills Planning Office at 31555 W. Eleven Mile Road, Farmington Hills, Michigan 48336, or eperdonik@fhgov.com, prior to the hearing. The application may be reviewed at the Planning Office between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
