RESOURCE RECOVERY AND RECYCLING
AUTHORITY OF SOUTHWEST OAKLAND COUNTY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Resource Recovery and Recycling
Authority of Southwest Oakland County, a public authority and body corporate, shall
hold a public hearing on its proposed budget for the fiscal year commencing July 1,
20 2 3 on Thursday, April 2 7 th 20 2 3 at 9:30 am, at the Southfield Municipal Complex,
City of Southfield Parks and Recreation, 2 nd Floor, Room 22 3 26000 Evergreen Road,
Southfield, MI 48075 No property tax millage rate will be discussed at this hearing
because the Authority has no taxing power. A copy of the proposed budget for public
inspection and instructions on how to access t he public hearing are available at the
Authority’s website, www.RRRASOC.org.
This notice is given on behalf of the Board of Trustees of the Authority pursuant to the provisions of Act 43, Public Acts of Michigan, 1963 (Second Extra Session).
