The City of Farmington Hills City Council has been requested to reconsider the motion passed on August 11, 2025 for the applications submitted by Steven Schafer for approval of Planned Unit Development and Site Plans to construct multiple-family dwellings within the RA-1 One Family Residential District. The request for reconsideration will be placed on the City Council agenda for the above meeting.
The subject property is located on the south side of Thirteen Mile Road, just west of Middlebelt Road and being more particularly described as: Parcel Identification Numbers: 22-23-11-201-001, -002, -004, -005, -006, -020, and -021; City of Farmington Hills, Oakland County, Michigan.
