ITEM:      Cluster Site Plan 54-4-2025

The Farmington Hills City Council shall formally consider an application for a One-Family Cluster Site Plan (54-4-2025). The applicant, Forest at Riverwalk Development LLC, seeks City Council approval of a One-Family Cluster Site Plan to develop thirty-three (33) detached one-family units in a residential site condominium within the RA-3, One Family Residential District. 

The subject property includes 16.3 acres of vacant land located on the south side of Folsom Road, between Parker Street and Lundy Drive, and being more particularly described as: Parcel Identification Numbers: 22-23-34-252-019, -020, -021, -022, -023, -024, -025, -026, -027, -028, -030, -031, -032, -033, -034, and -043, City of Farmington Hills, Oakland County, Michigan. 

Any interested person is invited to comment on the request in person at the scheduled hearing, or written comments may be submitted to the City of Farmington Hills Planning Office at 31555 W. Eleven Mile Road, Farmington Hills, Michigan 48336, or ckettler@fhgov.com, prior to the hearing. The application may be reviewed at the Planning Office between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
