ITEM:      Amend Planned Unit Development 4, 2000

The City of Farmington Hills Planning Commission shall formally consider an amendment to Planned Unit Development 4, 2000.  The applicant, Zack Sklar of CEC Farmington, LLC, is seeking a recommendation from the Planning Commission to City Council for approval to use an existing building as a catering kitchen, storage, and private event space with new addition and changes to landscape features in B-3, General Business District and RA-4, One-Family Residential District. 

The subject parcel is located at 32555 Northwestern Hwy on the northeast corner of Clairview Drive and Clairview Court, south of Northwestern Highway, and being more particularly described as: Parcel Identification Numbers: 22-23-02-176-065, -066, -067, -068, 22-23-02-177-011, 047, -048, -049, City of Farmington Hills, Oakland County, Michigan.  This parcel is one of several that comprises the overall Grand Sakwa-North Orchard Plaza PUD 4, 2000.

Any interested person is invited to comment on the request in person at the scheduled hearing, or written comments may be submitted to the City of Farmington Hills Planning Office at 31555 W. Eleven Mile Road, Farmington Hills, Michigan 48336, or dmulville-friel@fhgov.com, prior to the hearing. The application may be reviewed at the Planning Office between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
