Notice of Public Hearing and Comment Period
Draft Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) 
PY2025

Notice is hereby given that the City of Farmington Hills has opened a 15-day public comment period and is making the draft Program Year 2025 CAPER available for public review and comment. The CAPER covers Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) community development objectives undertaken during the period of July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026. The purpose of the notice of public comment is to gain input and comment on the city’s efforts in meeting its goals and objectives described in the HUD-approved Consolidated Plan and PY2025 Annual Action Plan. Members of the public may provide their written comments by email to temmanuel@fhgov.com or mail to the Community Development Division of the Planning & Community Development Department, City Hall, 31555 W. Eleven Mile, Farmington Hills, Michigan 48336. E-mail and written comments must be received by no later than September 18, 2026 at 4:30 p.m.  Additionally, the City will conduct a public meeting at 4 p.m. on Friday, September 18, 2026 in the Community Room of City Hall, 31555 W. Eleven Mile, Farmington Hills, MI 48336. Draft CAPER document will be available for review at the Community Development Office. Anyone planning to attend the meeting who has need of special assistance under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) is asked to contact the Community Development Office at 248-871-2545 at least two (2) business days prior to the meeting, wherein necessary arrangements / accommodations will be made.
