ITEM:      Amend Cluster Site Plan 59-4-2019

The Farmington Hills Planning Commission shall formally consider an application to amend a One-Family Cluster Option Site Plan (Cluster 59-4-2019). The applicant, Cedar of Farmington, LLC, is seeking a recommendation from the Planning Commission to City Council for approval of a One-Family Cluster Option Site Plan to develop ten (10) detached one-family units in RA-2, One Family Residential District.  

The subject property includes 3.83 acres of land located on the east side of Farmington Road, south of Thirteen Mile Road and being more particularly described as Parcel Identification Number 22-23-10-101-002, City of Farmington Hills, Oakland County, Michigan.

Any interested person may comment on the request in person at the hearing or written comments may be submitted to the Planning Office at 31555 W. Eleven Mile Road, Farmington Hills, Michigan 48336, or dmulville-friel@fhgov.com, prior to the hearing. The application materials may be reviewed at the Planning Office between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
