ITEM:      Application for Special Land Use Approval Plan (SA 51-3-2026)

The City of Farmington Hills Planning Commission shall formally consider a Special Land Use Approval (SA 51-3-2026) for the applicant, Murphy Pipeline Contractors, to use a portion of the Kenbrook Elementary School as a temporary staging area for construction materials and equipment associated with the Kendallwood 3 Subdivision Water Main Replacement Project within the RA-2: One Family Residential District.

The staging area includes an approximately 12,300 sq ft area of green space on the subject property (Kenbrook Elementary School) located at 32130 Bonnet Hill Road; Parcel Identification Number: 22-23-10-405-006; City of Farmington Hills, Oakland County, Michigan.

Any interested person may comment on the request in person at the hearing or written comments may be submitted to the Planning Office at 31555 W. Eleven Mile Road, Farmington Hills, Michigan 48336, or dmulville-friel@fhgov.com, prior to the hearing. The application materials may be reviewed at the Planning Office between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
