The City of Farmington Hills Planning Commission shall formally consider Application for Special Approval Plan Review 56-7-2026 (site plan dated July 3, 2026). The applicant, Katharine Podsiad, seeks approval to convert an existing facility to a new Veterinary Clinic within the B-3: General Business District.

The subject property is located at 29375 W. 10 Mile Road; Parcel Identification Number: 22-23-25-101-018; City of Farmington Hills, Oakland County, Michigan.

Any interested person may comment on the request in person at the hearing or written comments may be submitted to the Planning Office at 31555 W.
