THIS IS A PUBLIC NOTICE that a meeting of the City of Farmington Hills Activities Center Ad-Hoc Advisory Committee will be held September 29, 2026 at 5:00pm at the Costick Activities Center, Shannon Hall, 28600 W. 11 Mile Road, Farmington Hills, MI 48336 to discuss the following items:

• Project Financial Update
• Construction Manager - Scope 
• Project Status Update – Neumann/Smith Architecture 
• Clarification of purpose of the Activities Center Ad-Hoc Advisory Committee
