PUBLIC NOTICE
ELECTION COMMISSION MEETING
FRIDAY, MAY 15, 2026 – 9:30AM
CITY OF FARMINGTON HILLS
A meeting of the Election Commission for the City of Farmington Hills will be held on Friday, May 15, 2026 at 9:30am at the Farmington Hills City Hall in the Community Room, 31555 W Eleven Mile Road, Farmington Hills, for the purpose of the following for the August 4, 2026 State Primary Election:
- Establishing an Absent Voter Counting Board to be located at the Costick Activities Center, 28600 Eleven Mile Road, Farmington Hills, with dates and times to be determined for the purpose of early processing of absent voter ballots and the processing and tabulation of absent voter ballots on Election Day, as permitted by law
- Authorizing the City Clerk and Deputy City Clerk to conduct preliminary logic and accuracy testing and other tasks, as required by law
- Authorizing extended hours for the City Clerk’s Office, with dates and times to be determined for election related business
